Description:
105" Bretting shaftless belt driven single position unwind for tissue toweling napkin stock nonwovens or any lightweight material that needs to be driven. Maximum width 105". Unwind from top or bottom. Maximum dia. 80". Shaftless. Chucking of the unwind core is done by pneumatic cylinders which trust the chucks into the unwind core ends. (2) 6" core chucks. Each side of unwind is equipped with side shift provision for edge guiding unwinding roll approx. 4". Electric motor which side shifts either left or right. Belt drive system has 11.5" wide belt which is air loaded from the top down onto the unwinding roll. Servo motor drives the belt system. Has all motors & Splenoids. No electrical controls. Dancer roll for automatic constant tension. 8.5" Nexen air brake on belting system for automatic stop. 106.25" wide, 5.5" dia. composite idlers throughout. Splice detector system. New in 1999.
